Call-Out: Assistant Producer (Closed 31/05/21)

We're looking for a proactive, passionate assistant producer to play a vital part in several upcoming R&Ds for new musicals, thanks to funding from Arts Council England. This role suits someone with a certain amount of experience in positions of organisation and responsibility, but we also open to an element of learning-on-the-job. The qualities we are looking for are resourcefulness, with a "jump-in" attitude; a self-confidence too see what needs to be done; efficiency; and friendliness.
This role has a fee of £1000 - at £12.50/hour for 80 hours (= 10 days total), spread over June and July - but could well be the the start of something longer term.
Responsibilities
The role will include communicating with actors, creative team, and venues; preparing casting calls and role call-outs, and liaising with applications; booking travel and accommodation with budget oversight; writing contracts and agreements; and social media capture and sharing; feedback into the creative questions of the R&Ds; and more.
We warmly welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. This role can be done remotely, although we particularly encourage someone based in the North West so you can easily be part of our rehearsal rooms too.
